When I was young, there were STAR WARS bed sheets, Spiderman wallpaper, and superhero Underoos! -Not to mention the cartoons, action figures, and cereal brands! Those heroes penetrated the social barrier, and became apart of Americana. Only the truly Iconic heroes have had that ability. It’s a concept many creators overlook but it’s the stuff of the classics! So, when creating WILL POWER, I wanted to make a real, true, ICONIC, HERO that had the ability to be iconic in every facet of life, time-era, merchandise and visual medium.
